and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of sale. We will supply the products specified in
your order in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Any personal information that you give us will be held and used in accordance with our privacy policy.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. The terms and conditions that apply to your order will be those that applied at the time the order was placed.
The ordering process
An order can be placed online by selecting and submitting your order through the website.
Any order placed through the site constitutes an offer to purchase the particular product(s) for the price notified including any delivery charge and other charges and taxes when the order is placed.
You agree to provide us with current, complete and accurate details.
We may contact you by telephone or email to confirm your information or payment details. If we are unable to confirm these details, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel your order for any reason, including if any products are not available, if there is an error in the price or the product description either on our website or in your order. If we reject or cancel your order, you will be notified within a reasonable time after your order is submitted. If we reject or cancel your order, the full order amount including delivery and other fees and charges will be refunded to you.
There may be limits on the purchase of certain products. You will be notified of these limits on the website when you place the order or within a reasonable time after you submit your order. If we reasonably believe you are placing multiple orders under the same or different purchase details in order to circumvent order limits, your order(s) may be cancelled without notice.
You are not permitted to purchase any items for resale to a third party or for trade purposes.
The minimum order amount is $30.00 excluding the delivery fee.
The purchase price of each product is shown on the product list on the website at the time you place your order. All amounts quoted include GST where applicable and are charged in Australian dollars. Prices for our products may change from time to time. We will not change any prices in an order once your order has been accepted.
Payment of the order must be made in accordance with the online payment methods specified on the website. If payment of an order is unable to be processed, the order will be cancelled.
If your order contains a product that is not available, we will contact you to discuss a substitute product. If we are unable to agree on a substitute, we will provide you with a refund within 5 business days to the value of the unavailable product. If the substitute is of greater value, you will be liable for the difference in price. If the substitute is of lesser value, we will provide you with a credit or refund.
The delivery and collection process
The person accepting delivery of the order or collecting the order from our store must provide us with proof of identity including photographic identification where requested.
Any order placed through the site constitutes an offer to purchase the particular product(s) for the price notified including any delivery charge and other charges and taxes when the order is placed.
If a payment is made by credit card, the cardholder must be present at delivery or collection.
In some cases, special arrangements may be made with us in relation to delivery (for example, to nominate an alternative delivery contact or to deliver the items at the door).
We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver to the nominated delivery address. If the driver feels unsafe to enter the premises (for example, due to poor lighting, animals or a locked gate), the driver will attempt to contact you twice. If you are unable to be contacted, the driver will return the goods to the store and you may be liable for further delivery charges. You will not be entitled to a refund.
We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver within the stipulated timeframe for delivery. However, delivery timeframes are an estimate and Rajs Spice & Fashion will not be liable for any delay in delivering the goods or for loss resulting from the delay to delivery of the goods.
If an order is not collected within the nominated collection window, you may be liable for administrative charges of up to 5% of the order amount. Please communicate with us in relation to any changes in your expected timeframe for collection.
Title to the goods will pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the nominated delivery address or collection from the store.
You are responsible for checking the labels on products before consumption or use.
Cancelling an order, returns and refunds
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact the store on (02) 4962 3844 during opening hours.
If you cancel your order at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery or collection, no fees or charges will apply. If you cancel your order less than 24 hours of delivery or collection, we may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the order amount. The full order amount including delivery and other fees and charges will otherwise be refunded to you.
If there are items missing from your delivery or collection, please contact the store on (02) 4962 3844 within 24 hours after delivery or collection. We will take steps to verify and confirm any missing items.
If reasonably satisfied, we will either arrange a further delivery or collection, or refund the money within 5 business days.
Returns and refunds cannot be accepted for any perishable or frozen goods.
Refunds are not available for change of mind purchases. We retain the discretion to provide a refund on the return of products within 24 hours (excluding perishable or frozen goods) where the product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. Any requests for a refund must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Where a product is defective, returns may be available based on manufacturer return policies (subject to products being returned with original manufacturer boxes and packaging materials and components).
Please inspect your goods upon delivery and report any issues to the driver. If you do not notify us of any issues at delivery, no refunds or compensation will be available.
Legal
This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales. Any rights or remedies to which you are entitled under Australian Consumer Law arise independently of these terms and conditions.
We cannot guarantee that information provided by suppliers, including in relation to product descriptions is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages incurred by you (including for example, loss of revenue, loss of profits, failure to realise expected profits or savings, loss or corruption of data and any other commercial or economic loss of any kind).
The material on our website is protected by Australian copyright laws. We retain all rights, title and interest in and to the site and all related content. You may not, without the prior written permission from us: modify, copy, adapt, store, reproduce, upload, post, transmit, sell, distribute in any way or communicate to the public our content without our prior written consent.
This website contains registered trademarks which are protected by law. You must not use any of the trademarks appearing on the website or our name of our business without prior written consent.
